Born in Ephrata and raised in New Holland, Pennsylvania, Brent graduated from Garden Spot High School in New Holland, in 2002. Brent pursued his passion for culinary arts at the Culinary Institute of America (CIA) in Hyde Park, New York, where he earned his Associate's Degree. Brent excelled as an Executive Chef in numerous restaurants, contributing to the attainment of the prestigious MICHELIN STAR rating, a testament to his exceptional culinary skills. He was the Owner and Executive Chef of Clark's Catering in Middleborough.

 

Outside of his culinary pursuits, Brent found joy in fishing, kayaking, pottery, painting, hiking, gardening, and exploring new destinations with his wife and boys. His infectious smile and adventurous spirit left a lasting impression on those around him. Brent was a devoted husband, father, and son, leaving behind cherished memories and a void that will be deeply felt.

 

Brent is survived by his beloved wife, Amie (Davenport) Clark; loving children, Logan Clark and Tristan Clark, both of Middleborough, and the late Collin Clark; adored step-son, Justin Connolly of Middleborough; cherished by his mother, Deborah Delgado of Kenhorst, Her companion Bobby Evans of  Pennsylvania, father, Edward Clark, Sr., and step-mother, Penny, of Denver, Pennsylvania; dear brother of Edward Clark, Jr., and his wife, Ashlea, of Leola, Pennsylvania, and brother the late James Clark; loving uncle of Alana, Christian, Mason, Aiden and Myles; son-in-law of Cheryl and Todd Thompson of Middleborough; brother-in-law of Richard Davenport and his wife, Jessica, of Raynham, and Jenna Rizzotto and her husband, Cory, of Mansfield. 

 

A memorial service will be held at the American Legion, 35 S Hoover Avenue, NEW HOLLAND, PENNSYLVANIA 17557 on Saturday, June 1st, 2024, 9:00am -11:00am.
