MIDDLEBORO — A forum titled “Fake and Fatal,” which will highlight the effect fentanyl and xylazine has on communities, has been rescheduled to Tuesday, March 19 at Middleboro Town Hall.

Speakers include Middleboro Town Manager Jay McGrail, Middleboro Police Detective Bob Rullo, Middleboro Fire Parademic Jason Myers, State Rep. Norman Orrall, David DiGregorio of D2 Emergency Management, Phil Young, co-founder of Achieve Greatness, and Brian O’Keefe, Drug Enforcement Administration regional outreach coordinator 

The event will take place from 4 to 6 p.m. Light refreshments will be served.
