Letter carriers in Lakeville and Middleboro will be doing more than delivering the mail on Saturday, May 11.

As part of the Stamp Out Hunger initiative, sponsored in part by the National Association of Letter Carriers, donations of non-perishable foods left in bags by customers’ mailboxes will be picked up by carriers and donated to local food banks.

Customers are asked to leave their donations out by 9 a.m.
