LAKEVILLE — The cookie season for Freetown-Lakeville Girl Scouts will begin on Monday, Nov. 20. The Girl Scouts will have cookies on hand beginning Tuesday, Dec. 5.

Out of the 100 Girl Scouts across Freetown and Lakeville, roughly 16 made the “500 Club” - representing those who sold more than 500 boxes of cookies.

Across the state, 14,586 scouts sold 2.2 million packages of cookies last season.

This year, cookie prices have increased to up to $6 per a box, with this increase, troops will earn more per box.
