The Fairhaven Housing Authority is seeking a qualified candidate to fill a 37.5 hour per week office/administrative position. The candidate should have experience in basic office procedures/ protocol, maintain the maximum level of confidentiality, and provide a high quality of customer service in an efficient and accurate manner. Duties include but are not limited to: issue a monthly newsletter, process applicants for housing, conduct lease reviews, generate reports for the State, process monthly tenant rent redeterminations. Experience with Housing Authority rules, regulations & familiarity/proficiency with the CHAMP system is a major plus. Must be able to pass a drug screening & a Criminal Offender Record of Information. Excellent benefit package.
