The property is located at 681 Wareham Street, in the General Use (GU) and in Water Resource Protection District (WRPD) Zone 4. This is shown on Assessors Map 110, Lot 4424. The LAKEVILLE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS, acting in accordance with MASS GENERAL LAWS CHAPTER 40A, as amended, will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, April 25, 2024, at 7:00 P.M. in the LAKEVILLE PUBLIC LIBRARY, 4 PRECINCT STREET, upon the petition of Carl Mason, Aerie President. A Special Permit is requested under Section 270-7.4 B and Section 270-7.4 B (21) for the demolition of an existing two-bedroom dwelling and the construction of a new two-bedroom dwelling of similar scale that would be within the setbacks. The applicant is also requesting to construct an exterior deck that will be attached to the second floor of the primary structure within the rear setback on a pre-existing, non-conforming lot, as provided by the Lakeville By-Laws. Council on Aging HVAC Replacement

Bid packages may be obtained beginning at 8:00 AM on April 17, 2024 in the Town Manager’s Office, located at 10 Nickerson Ave, Middleborough, or via email to surettee@middleboroughma.gov. Bids must be received in the Town Manager’s Office by 10:00 AM on May 1, 2024, at which time and place they will be opened publically and read aloud. An optional pre-bid site visit will occur at 10:00 AM on April 24, 2024 at the Project site, located at 558 Plymouth Street, Middleborough. Work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the removal and replacement of condensing units, furnaces, air handling units, and other associated equipment at the Middleborough Council on Aging. Bidders must comply with the wage rates and weekly payroll submittals required by the Prevailing Wage Law.
