The Middleborough Conservation Commission will hold a hearing under M.G.L. c. 131, s.40, the Wetlands Protection Act, for the construction of four duplex condominium buildings and one 4-unit building with amenities on Lots 1 & 2. Four of the five buildings, parts of the parking, septic systems, and a portion of the drainage system are within 100’ of a bordering vegetated wetland at 16 Vernon Street, Map 37, Lot 3069. Hearing has been requested by David Lamoureux. Hearing will be held May 2, 2024 at 7:35 PM in the Select Board Meeting Room, at the Town Hall, 10 Nickerson Avenue and via remote.

NOTICE OF HEARING

The Middleborough Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Thursday, May 9, 2024, at 7:00 P.M., in the Select Board’s Meeting Room, 10 Nickerson Avenue, Middleborough, MA to hear the petition of Devin P. Howe, P.E. for the applicant NorthBridge Partners, LLC., 401 Edgewater Place, Suite 265, Wakefield, MA 01880 relative to his request to be granted a special permit pursuant to Section 4.5.3 of the Zoning By-law to allow for the construction of three buildings in excess of 20,000 sq. ft. in the General Use B District consisting of 963,000 square feet. The applicant is also requesting a special permit finding pursuant to Section 4.1.1 of the By-law for building height over 42’ and a special permit finding pursuant to Sections 5.3.10 for a driveway at street line. The subject property is located at 177 Grove Street, East Grove Street (Off) and Cherry Street (Off), Middleborough Assessor’s Map 71, lots 763 & 2415 and Map 72 lots 152, 1099, 2616, and 6017, consisting of approximately 148 acres.
