The Middleborough Planning Board will hold a public hearing Tuesday, January 16, 2024 at 6:45 PM in the Selectmen’s Meeting Room at the Town Hall, 10 Nickerson Ave, Middleborough, relative to a Retreat Lot Special Permit application pursuant to Section 7.4 of the Zoning By-law, as shown on a Plan as follows:
“Retreat Lot Special Permit Plan, Wall Street and Elk Run Road in Middleborough, MA, 02346” dated December 11, 2023, prepared by Outback Engineering, Inc.165 East Grove Street, Middleborough, MA 02346, prepared for the applicant and owner, Edward Zaniboni, 113 Plymouth Street, Carver, MA 02330. Said land is found on Assessors Map 45, Lots 5425, 4583, 5321.
Full plans are available in the Planning Department for public review and also available electronically by request. Anyone desiring to be heard on this subject should appear at the time and place designated.

LAKEVILLE, MASSACHUSETTS

According to the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 131, Section 40 of the Wetlands Protection Act, there will be a hearing on a Notice of Intent submitted by Twin Boys, LLC, for construction of three buildings, a portion of a parking lot and a detention basin within 100’ of a bordering vegetated wetland. The location of the project is 2 Bedford Street, Lakeville (Map 024 Block 008 Lots 1 & 2). The public hearing will be held on Tuesday, January 9, 2023, at 7:00p.m. at the Lakeville Police Station, 323 Bedford St., Lakeville.

CONSERVATION COMMISSION

The Middleborough Conservation Commission will hold a hearing under M.G.L. c. 131, s.40, the Wetlands Protection Act, for an Amended Order of Conditions to perform drainage system maintenance, including tree trimming, within 100’ of a bordering vegetated wetland along Routes 18/28, 28, 44, 105, and I-495 in the Town of Middleborough. Hearing has been requested by the Massachusetts Department of Transportation – Highway Division. Hearing will be held January 4, 2024 at 7:15 PM in the Select Board Meeting Room, at the Town Hall, 10 Nickerson Avenue and via remote.

The Middleborough Conservation Commission will hold a hearing under M.G.L. c. 131, s.40, the Wetlands Protection Act, to put fill in a small area within 100’ of a bordering vegetated wetland at 240 Plymouth Street, Map 21, Lot 5083. Hearing has been requested by Daniel McHugh. Hearing will be held January 4, 2023 at 7:25 PM in the Select Board Meeting Room, at the Town Hall, 10 Nickerson Avenue and via remote.
