Pursuant to Chapter 138 of the General Laws, the Lakeville Select Board, acting as the Licensing Board, will conduct a public hearing at 6:25 PM on Monday, December 4, 2023 on the application of ECCO, Inc. dba Muckey’s Liquors for a transfer of the all alcoholic beverages package store license for the property located at 13 Harding Street, Lakeville, Massachusetts.

Said hearing will be held in the Rita A. Garbitt Community Meeting Room at the Lakeville Police Station located at 323 Bedford Street, Lakeville, Massachusetts.

According to the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 131, Section 40 of the Wetlands Protection Act, there will be a hearing on a Request for Determination of Applicability by Jamie Bissonnette, for work including the removal of two existing softball dugouts and fencing and the construction and installation of two new dugouts and fencing.. The location of the project is Vaughan Street (John Paun Memorial Park), Lakeville (Map 63 Block 2 Lot 4). The public hearing will be held on Tuesday, November 28, 2023, at 7:00p.m. at the Lakeville Police Station, 323 Bedford St., Lakeville.

Pursuant to M.G.L Ch. 131, the Wetlands Protection Act, the Lakeville Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on November 28, 2023 at 7 pm at the Lakeville Police Station, 323 Bedford Street, on a REQUEST FOR DETERMINATION OF APPLICABILITY. The applicant, MEGHAN YOUNG, is proposing the construction of a horse paddock attached to an existing barn.

The project is located a 28 Cross St, Lakeville, MA, and is also identified as Assessor’s Map 22 Block 003 Plot 003.

Pursuant to M.G.L. Ch 131, the Wetlands Protection Act, the Lakeville Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on November 28th, 2023 at 7pm at the Lakeville Council of Aging, 28 Precinct Street, on a Notice of Intent filing. The applicant, Derek Maksy, is proposing the construction of a portion of Golfers Way with associated grading, drainage structures, and clearing within the buffer zone.
