The LAKEVILLE PLANNING BOARD pursuant to the Lakeville Zoning Bylaw, Section 6.7 will hold a Public Hearing on THURSDAY, November 9, 2023, at 7:00 PM at the Lakeville Police Station, 323 Bedford Street. The purpose of the Public Hearing will be to receive information and public comment on the following Site Plan Review application:

156 County Street – The applicant, Brian George for NSA Property Holdings, LLC, seeks Site Plan Review and Approval for a self-storage facility expansion, including the addition of three (3) storage buildings within the currently paved footprint of the site, and associated site improvements.

According to the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 131, Section 40 of the Wetlands Protection Act, there will be a hearing on a Notice of Intent submitted by Albert Cripps, Jr., for to raze/relocate the existing detached garage/barn and construct an attached garage with associated breezeway. Project would also include grading and modification to existing driveway. The location of the project is 11 Stetson Street, Lakeville (Map 059 Block 001 Lot 008). The public hearing will be held on Tuesday, November 14, 2023, at 7:00p.m. at the Lakeville Police Station, 323 Bedford St., Lakeville.

According to the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 131, Section 40 of the Wetlands Protection Act, there will be a hearing on a Notice of Intent submitted by Scott Hanson, for the removal of stock piles within 100’ of a wetland. Areas to be loamed and stabilized once piles have been completely removed from the site. The location of the project is 4 Fieldstone Drive, Lakeville (Map 016 Block 004 Lot 03I). The public hearing will be held on Tuesday, November 14, 2023, at 7:00p.m. at the Lakeville Police Station, 323 Bedford St., Lakeville.

The Town of Middleborough seeks price quotations for furnishing the labor and materials required to complete exterior painting at the Peirce Building, located at 99 North Main Street, Middleborough, MA. The Town of Middleborough, acting through its Select Board, seeks proposals for the sale of 3 parcels of Town-owned land located at 15 Station St, 2 Cambridge St, and 10 Cambridge St, all in Middleborough. Proposal packages may be obtained at the Town Manager’s Office from 8AM-6PM on Mondays, 8AM-5PM Tuesday-Thursday, and 8AM-12PM on Fridays, or by emailing surettee@middleboroughma.gov. Proposals must be received in the Town Manager’s Office by December 1, 2023 at 11:00 AM, at which time and place proposals will be opened publicly. The Middleborough Planning Board will hold a public hearing Tuesday, November 21, 2023 at 6:45 PM in the Selectmen’s Meeting Room at the Town Hall, 10 Nickerson Ave, Middleborough, relative to a Retreat Lot Special Permit application pursuant to Section 7.4 of the Zoning By-law, as shown on a Plan as follows:

Proposals must be received in the Town Manager’s Office by December 15, 2023 at 10:00 AM, at which time and place proposals will be opened publicly. Award will be based on comparative evaluation criteria set forth in the RFP. The Select Board will award the lease at a regularly scheduled meeting within 90 days of the submission deadline.
